Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University and the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems report pre-owned home sales were up 18 percent in July. The increases occured in both higher and mid-range neighborhoods including northwest Dallas, up 71 percent; northeast Dallas up 68 percent and Coppell, up 59 percent.
